About Me
I’m Kimberly Sibley, LCSW-C, MSW, and I’m so glad you’re here. I believe therapy is more than just talking, it’s a safe, supportive space where you can feel truly seen, heard, and understood. Life can be challenging, and sometimes we all need a place to pause, reflect, and work through what feels heavy.
My therapeutic approach is gentle, genuine, and collaborative. I meet you where you are, offering compassionate guidance as we explore your thoughts, navigate past experiences, and uncover strengths you may not yet realize you have. Together, we’ll build practical tools to manage stress, find balance, and create meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you. I believe therapy should be a space where growth feels natural, empowering, and uniquely your own.
I live in the beautiful mountains of Maryland and am a proud native of West Virginia. I’m married, a mother, and a “Meemaw”, roles that have deeply shaped my life and for which I am truly grateful. Outside of therapy, I enjoy spending time in nature, gardening, traveling, and being with my family and animals, all of which help keep me grounded and present in my work with clients.
I work primarily with clients ages 8 y/o and older, as well as military personnel, students, parents, couples, families, and first responders. I support individuals navigating relationships, career transitions, major life changes, and a wide range of mental health challenges.
Everyone’s journey is unique, and I’m here to walk alongside you with compassion, understanding, and encouragement. I understand that asking for help isn’t always easy, and I want you to know that simply being here shows courage. I would be honored to support you on your path toward healing, growth, and self-discovery.
